Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy on selected items. Please contact us at 1.888.978.7278 or email our Customer Service Department at sales@gokart-scooterstore.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your product back to us. Returns may not be accepted without a valid RMA number. All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items are the customer's responsibility. Please allow up to 7-14 business days after we receive the returned material for your refund to appear in your account (each bank will take a different span of time to show).
For your protection, we strongly recommend you fully insure your return shipment in case of loss or damage. Please use a carrier that is able to provide you with proof of delivery. If you accept a damaged package make sure it is noted on the carrier's delivery record in order for us to file a damage claim. Save the merchandise and the original box and packaging it arrived in, notify us immediately to arrange for a carrier inspection and pick up of damaged merchandise.
All returns are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Please allow up to 6-12 business days after we receive the returned material for your refund.
The following steps will ensure a smooth return:
1. Click here to download a Pre-Authorized Return Form, print it and fill it out.
2. Re-pack the items and include the Return Authorization Form. Items must arrive unused in their original packaging.
3. Ship prepaid via FedEx Ground, UPS, or USPS with Delivery Confirmation. Please retain your tracking number.
